Changes in work patterns following the Covid-19 pandemic have led Gen Z to increasingly prioritize a balance between professional and personal life in their daily activities. Generation Z is not only oriented towards career achievement but also pays attention to mental health, work flexibility, and well-being. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance on productivity and well-being for Generation Z born 1997-2008. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of online questionnaires using Google Forms. The research sample consisted of 329 respondents consisting of students, workers, and working students aged 17-29 years. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with descriptive percentage data analysis using a Likert scale. The findings of this study indicate that the majority of respondents view work-life balance as an important factor in both work and personal life. A good work-life balance has been shown to increase productivity, help with time management, and support respondents' psychological well-being. However, work demands or tasks outside of operating hours remain a major obstacle that disrupts personal life and triggers stress. This study concludes that work-life balance has a positive influence on the productivity and well-being of Generation Z, so companies and educational institutions need to create an environment that supports work-life balance.
